4700R - Flexible cable shield

Wrapshield is a knitted wire mesh for EMI cable shielding.

4780 Zippershield

4781 Zippershield conductive textile

The zippershield is made to shield bundles of cables or for cables with big connectors through a sleeve to create excellent EMI shielding. The product is made of conductive textile, is easy to unzip and is flexible in use.

The standard version is made for a bundle of cables around 30 mm. The zipper is of the heavy-duty range and the shield overlap should be at least 50% to prevent any leakage.

We also have systems based on foils where cables are just invisible. We can make any length and also accessories so that branches can be made of the cable.

4800 - Flexible shielding tube

This material is a ready-to-use mu-copper or tinned mu-copper tube through which a cable or bundle of cables can be pulled. If the tube is compressed lengthwise, the diameter expands to simplify the assembly. Therefore a wide range of cable diameters can be shielded with a single tube.

Please note that the tube has to be expanded for larger diameters and that a larger nominal length will then be required (up to twice the length of the cable).

4910 - Entry shield

EMI/RFI-shielded cable entry-system to mount, ground and shield several cables or bundles of cables simultaneously.

4920 - Cable grounding clamps

Cable grounding clamps 4920 series for EMI/RFI shielding and ESD suppression. These clamps can be used as an end piece for cable shields such as the Wrapshield 4730-4760 series or Flexible shielding tube 4800 series.

4930 - High performance cable entry shield

Shielding, grounding and attaching of cables to and from the equipment in your shielded enclosure.

4950 - Cable shield tie-wraps

A convenient tie-wrap for cable shielding, EMI cable-shielding tie-wrap is used for fast, reliable, and cost-effective RFI/EMI/EMP shield terminations.

4955 - Cable connector shields

Easy connector shielding without replacing the whole connector.

4960 - EMI/RFI cable entry glands

HF-Closed (EMC) Cable Entry Gland with metric and PG- line - nickel plated with IRIS-subspencion. Excellent EMP/RFI shielding for screened cables.

8200 - Connector gaskets

The 8200 series connector gaskets are die-cut gaskets for EMI shielding and grounding of a wide range of connectors. These new connector gaskets are more effective in closing gaps caused by fabrication tolerances and misaligned or irregular surfaces than would be possible with a solid flange design.

The 8200 series consist of die-cut Amucor Shield 6800, 1 or 2 mm thick, provided with self-adhesive.

8250 - Shielded connector hoods

These shielded connector hoods are ideal for indoor use. They are robust and provide high EMI/RFI shielding for applications in industry and telecommunications.

EMI cable shielding with metal carrier AC-4400

The stainless steel spiral hose used as a steel carrier is a high-quality all-purpose connection hose. Made from stainless steel AISI 304L.

Tinned copper wire mesh is provided by wrapping it around a steel carrier.
