Amucor shielded box

The shielded box covered with amucor can easily be made for small runs, the box is easy to transport and ideal forprototyping. Optionally custom made for your application. The box can be made with MDF (for bigger sizes) or inacrylic material (for smaller boxes). Due to the material the box is very light weight and portable. The construction ofthe box is made with a separate cover, which fits into the box.The shielding performance can be improved with extra tape or a conductive seal at the corners and/or with an emigasket on the cover. Optionally we can also make the bigger size boxes with our filter modules.

Compact shielded experiment box

By default, this box comes with 6 shielded SMA penetrations, 12 VDC, data line filter (RJ45), 2 times USB and a VGApenetration. Many other shielded conduits are available on request. They may optionally also be added later.
The Compact shielded experiment box is the most economical solution for blocking for example GSM, WiFi, Bluetoothand other wireless communication standards. The average attenuation over a wide frequency range is 80 dB.

High performance shielded boxes

This EMC shielded box offers up to 120 dB attenuation of RF signals up to 5 GHz. It is ideal for testing mobile phones, RFID, Bluetooth, ZigBee, WiMax, Wi-Fi, or similar wireless devices. The box can be customized in any size.

Low frequency magnetic shielded box

For shielding of low frequency magnetic fields, we produce shielded boxes made from our patented Mu-ferro HDmaterial. Mu-ferro HD is a material that is often used to prevent low frequency magnetic radiation (0 Hz – 300 kHz) from leaving a device, or it can be applied around a sensitive device or sensor to prevent external electromagnetic interference from disrupting normal operations. These boxes are made for shielding low frequency magnetic fields and can be made in any desired shape and according to your supplied CAD drawings. They can also be equipped with date-, signal- or power line filters to supply equipment within the box or to have data communication with the device in the box.

The shielded box MPSB-50-40-40 with medium performance provides shielding of approximately 80 dB. Handling of the tested object inside the box is always possible.

The box is equipped with shielded gloves, allowing full operability of the test object without affecting the shielding during the test.

The installed LED lighting ensures clear visibility of the test object and ease of manipulation.
