What is the legal basis for processing?
The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR. We require your personal data, which you provide to us in the course of an inquiry, for the execution of pre-contractual measures (business initiation) or for the fulfillment of a contract if you are our customer.
How long will your data be stored?
We delete your personal data as soon as it is no longer required for the above purposes or when a statutory retention period expires. Such documentation and retention obligations arise, among other things, from the Commercial Code and the Fiscal Code. The retention periods here can be up to ten years. Personal data may be retained for the duration during which claims can be made against our company (statutory limitation periods of three to thirty years).
